 Banana, Blueberry & Buttermilk Smoothie




The Kitchen Diva, Angela Medearis, whips up a nutrient-rich meal using her key ingredient - buttermilk. Surprisingly, buttermilk does not contain butter. Serves 2

1 banana, ripe, peeled and cut into chunks

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup buttermilk

1 tbsp organic honey

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

4 ice cubes

Directions

Place banana, blueberries, buttermilk, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and the ice cubes into the blender and process until smooth.
